    In my humble opinion, the visit to the medieval winery of San Martín de Castañar was a wonderful experience. The service was very pleasant, warm, and friendly. The reception was excellent, and Nuria's explanations were simple, detailed, and constructive. Her partner, the sommelier for the tour, was brilliant. He served us olives and local Iberian cured meats, and after the tour, they gave us a moment alone to enjoy this intriguing place. A visit is highly recommended.
